Beginning with dispatches on or after June 1, 2013 company drivers will receive a pay increase on dispatched miles based on current tenure with NCI. One cent per mile will be paid to company drivers with six months of service, an additional one cent per mile will be paid for two years of service and another additional cent per mile will be paid for 5 years of service.

Example: An NCI company driver with 5 years of service will receive an additional three cents per mile.

Randy Barnett wins 2012 Driver of the Year.

Randy Barnett was named NCI 2012 Driver of the Year on March 8th, 2013. He was joined at the banquet by his wife Wanda and several other family members including his mother.

Randy has driven over 1.6 million miles with NCI without accident and has never had a service failure in his tenure at National Carriers.

NCI Takes Delivery on 2014 Kenworth Trucks

NCI has began taking delivery of 123 KW T-680 tractors. These trucks  compliment the current 2011/2012 Freightliners and 2012 Kenworths being utilized in the fleet.

Features include: TriPak APU, PACCAR MX engine, Eaton Ultrashift automatic transmission, electronic stability control, refrigerator, double bunks, and 76" aerodyne sleeper.

National Carriers offers Company Drivers 401(K) Plan

National Carriers is pleased to announce a new company sponsored 401(K) program for eligible drivers. The plan, administered by Fidelity Investments, is open to any active NCI company driver with a minimum of 1 year service.
